Art with Mrs. Liebanas
Here are some creative ways to make stamps at home! Mrs. Liebanas has great ideas for bubble wrap and cardboard (fun uses for all that delivery packaging)!

PE with Mrs. Bechtel
Happy Thursday St. Joseph families,
I hope everyone is having a great week! As we continue trying to stay active and healthy, I have included some at home circuit training ideas. You can do them inside your home or outdoors. All the equipment you will need is most likely right in your home. Some items around the house you can use are books, a vacuum, a towel, a garden hose, and even an apple!
Circuit training is a type of workout where you move through several different exercises targeting different muscle groups. It is intended to combine both cardio and muscle training in a shorter amount of time. It is a fun and quick way to get a workout in! I have also included a fun way to practice throwing and catching. All you will need for this activity is a pair of socks and a trash can. I hope you will try a few!
Stay healthy and positive!
Blessings to you all,
Mrs. Bechtel
